SNF series gear synchronous motor
Performance characteristics
Ÿ The shunt motor adopts a floating oil distribution plate structure, which will produce a certain pressure loss. Generally, the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet is about 10-12bar. In actual use, it may also be higher than this value. The efficiency of the shunt motor is generally greater than 90%.
The shunt motor is a high-speed dynamic component. Generally, when the speed of the gear-type shunt motor is higher than 1000rpm, the synchronization accuracy is higher; the higher the speed, the greater the noise, and the gear-type shunt motor cannot be used in noise-sensitive occasions; if there is a silent requirement, Please choose a plunger type shunt motor.
Due to the influence of manufacturing errors and the compressibility of the oil, the shunt motor has synchronization errors; its synchronization error depends on the compensation valve block to quickly compensate and eliminate at the end of the actuator stroke; the shunt motor circuit must include a makeup valve block (usually with safety Valve and anti-cavitation check valve), otherwise it will not operate normally.
